This IRWIN® 1/8-inch Cobalt HSS Fractional Straight-Shank Jobber-Length Drill Bit uses a 135 degree split-point tip that starts drilling almost immediately and virtually eliminates walking. These cobalt alloy steel drill bits feature high heat and abrasion resistance. Applications include metal drilling, even on heavy-duty, abrasive alloy-metal drilling on hardened, heat-treated steel.
